- Career Exposure Tracks – Interactive sessions featuring guest speakers, career panels, and workshops in fields such as tech, healthcare, trades, business, and public service.
- Skill-Building Workshops – Curriculum-based training in coding, entrepreneurship, business, public policy, trade skills, financial literacy, and more.
- Tutoring Support – Subject-specific tutoring tailored to school standards.
- College & Career Prep – Personalized guidance on applications, scholarships, trade programs, and extracurricular opportunities.
- Mentorship – Optional one-on-one or group mentoring with industry professionals and community leaders.
- Civic Engagement – Youth-led community drives, cleanups, and service projects that promote responsibility and impact.
- Field Trips – Educational visits to universities, startups, trade centers, and hospitals to inspire future pathways.
- Micro-Credentials – Certifications and career portfolio development to enhance postsecondary and job-readiness.
Marginalized Community Care & Resource Assistance Program
Delivering direct support and vital resources to underserved individuals and families throughout California. This program focuses on immediate relief and long-term impact through culturally responsive outreach.
Program features include:
- Essential Aid Distribution – Providing food, hygiene supplies, school essentials, seasonal clothing, and personalized care packages.
- Resource Navigation – Helping community members access housing, healthcare, and public benefits through personalized guidance and culturally sensitive support.
- Community Outreach – Hosting pop-up events and resource fairs in partnership with local nonprofits and mutual aid networks.
- Youth Volunteer Opportunities – Offering students meaningful service hours through community-driven impact work.


Environmental Justice & Sustainability Initiative
Mobilizing youth and community members to lead local environmental action and advocate for sustainability in underserved neighborhoods.
Clean-Ups & Restoration
